We provide you with 5 days worth of training every single week which you can complete at home, or in any gym. Each day will move you closer to your goal, whether that’s competitive CrossFit or improved overall fitness.
You become part of a community, which is built around two constructive coaches (Kim and Chris), who are passionate about helping you become the best version of yourself.
All of our athletes get access to SugarWOD.
Through the online portal, SugarWOD creates strong athlete bonds among friends and between classes, inside and outside the box.

We guide you through everything. Whether you’re aiming towards a sanctioned event or something more personal, the KCT Competitor program will get you there.
There are two levels to KCT Competitor; Elite and Compete.
Compete: Nearly RX but have a few holes missing in your game? This track is for you, KCT Compete will give you the skill set you need to compete!
Elite: Want to take your game to the next level? Then with our Elite level you will also have a personal 1-1 nutrition coach to work with you, as well all the programming that comes with the compete level!
