Each WOD (Workout of the Day) comprises of a warm up, skill work and WOD to finish.
You are warmly welcome to use our equipment to work out when and how you please or catch up on a WOD.

We run an hourly session each week, with a focus on strength, mobility and fine tuning your Olympic lifts.
On Friday nights and Saturday mornings come along and join a paired workout. Everything is always better when you have someone to suffer with.

We run half an hour kids classes and hourly teens classes throughout the week. All of our classes our geared towards building a solid foundation for wherever life takes them. We cultivate resilience, respect, health, confidence and kindness, all with a healthy sprinkling of fun.
