Our classes are personal, light-hearted with a huge emphasis on learning and growing each day.

CrossFit changed my life. CrossFit is STILL changing my life, every single day. I spent many years with a severely unhealthy relationship with food, exercise and my own self. I found CrossFit about a year and a half ago, and everything really changed from there. My understanding of what it meant to be healthy changed. My mindset changed, and I had ignited this fire within me that made me feel I was capable of so much more than I could even comprehend.
CrossFit taught me how to love, nourish and be patient with my body and mind after many years of abuse. Most of all CrossFit made me appreciate my body and feel comfortable in my own skin. I hope that my experience and journey will be able to help and aid others, it doesn’t matter where we start we just have to take that first step.
CrossFit has taught me to be brave and courageous, and despite my own anxiety, I am SO excited to be able to coach, learn and support you all on your journey!

I found CrossFit like Kim about a year & a half ago through watching one of the films on Netflix, and as soon as I found it I was hooked. CrossFit opened up my eyes to all new possibilities for me, in terms of human performance which I found fascinating as it helped improve my performance in Football. Through CrossFit I have a much better understanding of my body and what I need to work on, which excites me because there is so much to work on.
For me, CrossFit is the ultimate training program as it will improve all aspects of your ‘fitness’ and it helps with your mindset. It creates such a mental resolve which is incredible because mentally I am so much tougher than a year and a half ago.
CrossFit has and still is teaching me about my weaknesses and how to improve on them and I am excited to be able to share your health/fitness journey with you.
